Wanderlust Life

 

Wanderlust Life is a label specialising in handcrafted jewellery by South West based designer Georgie Roberts.

 

Georgie lives in North Devon, but is a wanderer at heart, often fleeing seaside life during the harsher winter months in search of far-flung destinations. It was her own wanderlust – the constant ache and desire to travel – that became the inspiration and idea for her label and she began designing a jewellery range, sourcing stones and jewels from her travels all over the world to use in her designs.

 

“Travelling is the space between lost and found; I leave a little piece of myself wherever I travel to and likewise carry with me some of the spirit of each place I’ve visited.  My necklaces are mementos of this magical exchange”.

 

The Wanderlust Life jewellery range encapsulates the very nature of its nomadic and adventurous name; each stone carrying the soul of its origins across borders and oceans; a droplet falling from a faraway sky; and the beauty of these necklaces lies in the simplicity of their design. 

 

Faceted semi-precious gemstones (including chalcedony, rubies, turquoise and amethyst) capture the light and delicately sit on a natural tone fine cord, appearing to almost ‘float’ on the skin. The necklaces are each finished with 14k gold filled findings. 

 

And the result is understated, minimal and chic.

 

The enchanting quality of the Wanderlust Life Jewellery brings the edges of the world to our lives. Every stone or charm is unique and individual, with its own meanings and properties inscribed on their packaging.

 

Wanderlust Life has now been established for just over a year, but in the spirit of its name it is already travelling far, the necklaces answering their Wanderlust call, seeking out their own adventures and selling in various boutiques and retreats across the UK, Europe and Americas.

  

Continuing with the ‘Wanderlust’ theme, Georgie too is travelling the globe to source products crafted by like-minded designers. Working with kindred spirits making beautiful things.
